Cookie Welton’s first time camping on the Blue Ridge- not pictured, the field mouse that got into our tent while we were sleeping!!!!!!!!! 😵😵😵
An absolute dream- Cookies first waterfall, hillsides of ramps, and not a soul around. What else do ya need???

I cannot begin to explain how over the moon we are about our little oven on wheels. She’s such a vibe and we are so here for it!!!!!! If you want some @weltonsfinefoods in your life, want to collaborate with us, or just want to talk pizza and sweet treats... there’s nothing more that would make us happy 🤠
Everyone please say Howdy to Miss Cookie Two Step Welton, Cookie for short! She’s soft like butter, she looks like the Blue Bell ice cream flavor, loves peanut butter treats, and serves up endless snuggles🤠

If only this babe could pull the wood fired oven
Y’ALL, we have come full circle. We are so excited to introduce you to our baby, Weltons Fine Foods. This is a project that Zachary and I have been working on for over a year now, and it’s insane that we are finally in a position to get it off the ground running. If you have been following our journey over the years then you know it all started in Charleston, South Carolina working at Husk. From there we have continued to grow our love for wood fired cooking and have gained incredible friends along the way from Washington, Tulum, Houston, and Upstate New York. Weltons Fine Foods is a project out passion and simplicity. We have learned over the years that you don’t need much to have the ability to cook clean food with bold flavors, centered around the seasons changing and a hot fire.
the world is our oyster🤍(zoom in on that big ole’ smile!!!)
This is how I feel everyday waking up next to husband. This time last year I said to forever to a man with a heart of gold, who showers me with unconditional love ... and who also promised me a lifetime supply of home cooked dinners 🤍 One absolutely insane year down in the books- we spent our first months of marriage in quarantine, we made another cross country move, became New York residents, took over a restaurant as an executive chef team and we still fall deeper in love as each day passes. Happy one year anniversary Zachary James🥂
